This is a fun twist on the usual enchiladas. Flour tortilla stuffed with cream cheese, chicken, white beans, green chilies, and cilantro. Smothered in a sour cream green chili sauce and topped with delicious cheese. Served with a green salad with ranch, and cheesy bean dip with chips.
