Trust me here...this ham is not your everyday ham. This ham is shredded and delightful. If you’ve never had shredded ham, you’ve got to give this a try. It's cooked all day then baked in a brown sugar and mustard mixture. Delish! Served with funeral potatoes, and glazed carrots, and a biscuit with jam.
